Spicy, Crispy and Oh so delicious Homemade Chicken Nuggets Recipe with Chatkhaar.
I recently had the chance to give a chutney, pickle and condiments product called Chatkaar to try and write the review post for them. Chatkhaar is a product of Naurus (Pvt) Ltd. and has recently introduced new flavors among their already existing varieties, from which I was given two of them, which where my choice, Falsa Chutney and Chicken Pickle. They both tastes so fresh and, well, REAL. I loved the flavors and contrast and most of all the Packaging, royal gold and black theme with vintage logo. The look of the bottle and jar was different and unique in their own way.
We all love pickles in our house to go from Daal to gravy to Biryani. I never tried chicken pickle before because of being more into desi vegetable pickles. Chatkhaar Chicken Pickle was my first try. It was a bit high in acidity (vinegar-punch) but had just the right amount of spices to hit your plate. Made with 100% pure olive oil, which is the healthy point here. Perfect with every meal, just think of searing flat-bread in ghee and serving with this pickle in breakfast or even serve it with Daal Chawal (lentil and rice) plus point for meat lovers!
Falsa (Grewia asiatica) Chutney, you may wonder what it tastes like! Upon opening the bottle I was greeted with sweet, tangy and decently falsa flavor but not spicy that I was expecting. It is like just-dig-in-with-spoon kind of taste, I'm enjoying it with only spoon ever since I received it. Right balance of acidity, great and exotic flavor.. the longer it was in my mouth, the more I love it. It definitely can brighten up your any spicy meal with giving it a sweet and sour flavor. Perhaps the best addition to your homemade nuggets.
