Interview with Aiza

What is your favorite book ever?
Peer-e-Kamil (S.A.W) the most versatile book I've ever read.

Have you ever wanted to give up blogging?
That's not a case I've faced. But I feel exhausted and low ever now and then, while crossing unproductive roads and not finding my way out of it. However, nothing remains forever.

Are you a social person?
Not at all. Pretty shy, feel uncomfortable and unsafe in crowd-y gathering unless some friends or cousins would be there.

Name one moment when you felt like the most successful person?
I'm waiting for this yet.

If you cook or bake, what has been your proudest creation in the kitchen so far?
Cupcakes and Brownies. These are what I have become Master in and do bake them occasionally.

Salt or Sugar?
Sugar, please.

How do you express yourself, through art, words..?
Always ART, as what I believe Baking, Cooking and Photography is art. I'm not a good person to express myself in words, when I don't even know what I am NOW.

How many blogs do you read?
Ten, almost.

What is the story behind the name of your blog?
It's quite simple yet meaningful, nothing complicated. Just an Amateur Home Chef who own more Frames (spectacles) than her baking utensils.

Who is the most important to you?
Family.

Share some advice you've learnt through your life.
Drown your Troubles in Tea. ;)

Everything make me laugh. I'm not a serious person.

If you were on a deserted island what three things would you want with you?
Family. My Kitchen and Cellphone.

If you found yourself with a million dollars, how would you spend it?
Jeez. I would give it to charity.

Coconut Crumb Muffins with Coconut Crumbs on Top

These muffins have become my favorite snack to have with Tea, as I already have baked them three times while experimenting muffin moistness and Bamm! fallen in love. The utter flavor of coconut alone can't beat Banana Cupcakes or muffins. (hey, don't tell banana or his feeling may get hurt) The crumbs on the top is the king of all the moistness it got inside. I'm regretting for not sprinkling more over these goodies. But next time I'm planning to make a double crumb mixture than this as I love the intensity of desiccated coconut on the top or even in the batter. Coconut enthusiasts know everything is better with a bite of these kind of muffins.
